Courses in Psychotherapy

We offer a wide range of  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Training courses from a 5 day Introduction to CBT, to a 2 year Diploma in CBT, Counselling and Groupwork.

Whether you wish to become a Therapist, or simply wish to improve your communication skills for personal or professional use, we have a course to suit you.

Professional Therapy Services

Most people who seek out therapy need to change something in their lives - whether it's the way they feel, the way they act, or how other people treat them.

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on finding out what needs to be changed and what doesn't - and then works for those targeted changes.
