COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills

This course is about active listening. Empathy. Skills for life.
You need the COSCA certificate to move up to the SCOTACS Diploma or Level 11 Diploma courses, leading to full vocational training as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
The COSCA Certificate course is run over a series of four modules of 30 hours.
We have various course options.
Zoom course at weekends 9am-6pm Sat/Sun over 5 months
Zoom course on Wed/Thu evenings 6pm-9pm over 6 months.
Face-to-face course on Tuesday evenings 6pm-9pm over 12 months.

Tuesday Evenings (face-to-face) start Tuesday 19th September 2023
Remotely delivered weekend classes start 23rd of March 2024 (via zoom).
Remotely delivered Wednesday/ Thursday evenings: Wednesday 31st January 2024 - July 4th 2024 (via zoom).
(Participants in this course will be able to enrol for vocational training as Cognitive Behavioural therapists at Honours Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma level)
The cost per module is £350 to be paid in full by bank transfer, prior to the start of each module.
Participants can qualify for £402 towards funding through the SAAS Part Time Fee Grant, if they are completing all 4 modules together.
When you complete the course, you will receive the COSCA Certificate (Level 8) and COSCA registration.
